Favorite locking Sub 3" EDC Folders

Another 3" ish blade fan. I have to say my Wells Custom and Small Sebenza Micarta are my favorite 3" inch or smaller knives right now. My Mini Grip with AWT Honeycomb scales is not far behind.

My Spyderco Techno. It's a fantastic sub 3", stout folder. My Spyderco Pingos would also make the list but they are not locking. They do have a stiff lock up however.

Well , I think the Wolfspyer from Spyderco is a good EDC. I got mine from the UK ( the only place to get this knife)
It has been my EDC since I bought it earlier this year. Previous to this one it was my PM2 in Camo

Sub 3” is my sweet spot always was. My most carried are spyderco native and delica also Benchmade 556 and 707. If I want to go with something that leaves more room in my pocket I’ll carry a dragonfly. Non locking I have a bunch of Vic pioneers.

The one that usually finds my pocket is my CS Tuff-Lite. Not super crazy about the hollow grind, so it doesn’t ride as often anymore (switched to a pocket fixie - Mora Eldris).

In a modern folder, my sm Sabenza Insingo currently gets the most pocket time. Right behind it was my sole edc for 7 years, a BM Mini Barrage that never disappointed me

I like the Chaparral carbon fiber. I have a Light Weight on the way. I also really like the Cat for a less expensive knife. However, mine is an older one in 440C with jimping top and bottom. It was a great value.

I am very interested in the new Lil Native back lock when it is released. I will probably get one.

The blade is slightly longer than 3 inches, but I really like my A.G. Russell Gunstock Lockback. The recurve is a bit tricky to sharpen, but not so bad once you get the hang of it.

For light weight, tough to beat the Fallkniven U2. I also like the Spyderco Worker (the recent sprint run) though I am careful of the tip. I often carry when in jeans the ZT 0900 which is overkill for any of my EDC tasks, but I like the little tank.
I just picked up a Brous Caliber. Blade is 3" so not under, at least per the specs. Like the aesthetics and ergos. The false dagger grind isn't the most useful EDC blade profile, I suppose, but it should handle all my office tasks with aplomb.
Another interesting one is the Enzo Birk. Though I found it a bit clunky with the clip. Other than that, very nice.

My current EDC for the lab

Possible new one for the new year to replace/rotate in for the mini-grip

And a possible replacement for the barlow, even though it's bigger.

That Lil native looks like a winner. I've wanted the g10 native 5 for a couple years. Now I want both.
