Depends on which bottle I'm closest to when I need to lube one, but I mostly use BreakFree (not the CLP version) 3 in 1, mineral oil or a homebrew concoction I originally made for guns.
An old National Guard armorer I used to shoot with told me to mix two parts ATF, one part Mobil 1 synthetic and one part STP. I made a batch and I have to say that's it's just as good a lube as anything I've ever used. I still have quite a bit left from the one batch I made about 17 years ago.
