Favorite Pattern?

Trappers, the full size variety. Carry one every day, and have for nearly two years. Grandaddy had one too. Love em.

The Case Wharncliffe mini trapper is a great size to carry (3-1/2") and has the advantage of a curved clip blade along with the straight Wharncliffe blade. That should take care of anything a slippie will do.

There are so many I like, but without a doubt a 2 blade Jacknife, between 3" and 3.5" is what I picture when I think of a pocket knife. Like these:

Well, the peanut may not quite make the 3" mark, but don't tell it that. ;)

Cattleknives, stockmans and trappers/jackknives are all favorites but the cattleknife is the most favorite of all!

I've grown to like the case peanut. I first thought it was small but it cuts well and it carry so unoticable in a pocket.

Wow, very nice, can you give me more details on the knife on the top left and on the bottom right? Thanks

Big fan of the mid-size stockman here but having never found a real use for the spey blade I'm really looking forward to my first Texas Jack. Love soddies and Opinels too.

I'm fond of single blade slipjoints.

The Copperhead from Queen and the Old Timer 12OT come to mind.

I forgot about the Queen Utility knife; I like that one too.

As a maker I'd have a hard time deciding but in a single blade a toothpick at least
4", if I had to pick 2 blades without a doubt the muskrat, for me toothpicks and
stockmen just hold a charm not to mention usefulness
Ken.

I like a stockman or a barlow. Prefer at least 2 blades, but a TL-29 is not a bad choice.

Sure thing.
The top left is a custom Teardrop Jack from Mike Alsdorf. You can see more on that one here. It is my first, and only (not for long) custom, but I am not the only person here who will tell you Mike's work is really special.

The lower right is a Peanut in Stag by Amherst Cutlery. I was fortunate enough to win first choice in this contest, and curious enough to have chosen the "Mystery" knife. I need to do a review of this one soon, I use it all the time:D

Thanks for the quick response.
Those are some really beautiful knives you've got there, you're a lucky man.
