With the Seattle show getting close, I'm looking to pick up some more zipper pouches. Do y'all have any favorite places to buy pouches?... in particular, I'm looking for good quality zipper pouches for large fixed-blades (>14"). I really like the looks (and price) of the KnifeDogs pouches over at USAKnifemaker.com... and the fleece lining is a big plus in my book... but they max out at 14 inches.
Recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

Hey Erin. Don't know the time requirements you face but Bill Mittelman in Oregon (aka Bill's Custom Cases) can probably get you going on >14" zipper cases. His stuff is not the cheapest but he obviously has put a lot of thought and effort into his work.

He makes it a point to source American-made components and has a huge range of options. Also some of his older cases had a pair of elastic straps to piggeyback the knife's sheath; great idea but don't know if he is still doing that.

Would really like to see what you're taking to the Seattle show! Love your past work.

Thanks Andy. I'll check into Bill's work and prices.
I currently have almost nothing to take to the Seattle show... but I'm cranking out one right now (you can see progress photos HERE) and hope to have a couple more small things done by then. Fingers crossed.

Bill's cases are absolutely the best and he is a great guy to deal with.

I agree they are not cheap...nor inexpensive...but they are definitely worth the money !
