Just curious as to where you keep your edc and what your favorite pants for carrying multiple (4+) blades.
I typically carry two, a folder(sere 2k, LW lobo) in RFP and small fixed(fallkniven juni) around d my neck with a ball chain. However different pants allow for different options. The most wicked pants I've found allow umpteen # of choices. Has anyone ever seen kitanica asps? Good review and pics at milspecmonkey/weargear. I'm loving them. I'd like to know what others think, especially guys who'd like to carry more knives. Thanks

I'm a fan of the 5.11 Taclite Pro pants, because they have so many pockets, and wear them almost exclusively. I pocket carry a pistol on my strong/right side, so my knife gets clipped in my left front pocket. After doing this for several years, it seems perfectly normal to me now.

These Taclite Pro pants would be good for you sick cats who carry multiples knives, as they have an additional, narrow vertical on the right in which you can clip a knife (I use it for a Streamlight ProTac 2AAA light), plus another similar pocket on the left that has a velcro flap. And 2x cargo pockets. The back pockets are wide, and you can clip a knife back there if that's your thing. So plenty of options.

They look appealing especially price wise. The ASPs are pricey but the quality is phenomenal and a dozen pockets plus the pals STRAPS just caught my eye.
Thanks for your input

Right front. I don't use back pockets, they're against my religion.

Also right front for me. It's my dedicated knife pocket. Been doing it this way for years.

+1 on the 5.11 Taclite pants. I have a couple pairs and wear them all the time on the weekends and hiking.

Right front pocket for me as well. If I am carrying a traditional knife and wearing jeans you'll find the knife in the right front coin packet (watch pocket).

I wear 5.11 Stryke pants just about every day. Black for work, other colors on days off. They're a less tactical looking option than the TacLite Pros, with the cargo pockets sitting higher on the leg, and retaining the slash pockets on the things.

This is a pair I wear to work (hadn't changed my shirt, yet):

They allow me to carry a lot of useful things, and look like just about every other cargo pants. I always carry my folder in the right front slash pocket, which holds the knife in a convenient place and allows me to comfortably carry even bricks like a DOC.

I carry my big knife in my LHP, my backup knife in my RHP, and my multi-tool on my belt. Once my fixed EDC comes in I'll probably wear that on the belt as well.

As for pants, my all-time favorite brand is Vertx, and their Phantom pants are just ridiculously useful. their back pockets don't have flaps so you don't have to sit on a flap and/or button, their front pockets have plenty of room for big knives or small, and their main cargo pockets have the best-designed flap in the market. no velcro, no buttons, no snaps, just a simple fold-over design that's ridiculously easy to access compared to all others, yet still just as secure. Also, since they don't have flaps they are quite streamlined, to the point that my black and khaki Phantoms have become my new slacks for church or any other dress-up activity.

Unless you really, really care about the few extraneous pockets on the other tactical pants, the Vertx pants have all you need, and they look damn good too.

Right pocket in the ?ligther? pocket or what its called. Else cross draw belt left front. If I'm not wearing jeans I'll neck cary.

I call it the knife pocket. Because nothing else goes in that pocket but the knife. It just happens to be the right front.
I was broken of rear pocket back when Spyderco came out with the Endura. It had an integrated FRN clip. After my second clip broke off I was done with FRN and the back pocket. It's been a while but still don't have any FRN Spydies.

Right front pocket is where I carry my EDC knife. My left front pocket has my EDC light. I have used 5.11 pants in the past but stop wearing them because they scream Tacticool. I usually just wear Wrangler cargo pants I get at Walmart.

The first thing is I carry my knife in the right front pocket. The right is my weak hand and on the left is my CZ P07 if I am off duty. I would like to say if any of you carry a side arm that you should carry your knife as a weak hand option and practice weak handed with it. If you have to use your strong hand for weapon retention it is nice to have the ability to use your weak hand to get to your blade or back up side arm.

Next I am with sarge1967, I love the Wrangler cargo pants. They don't screem tacticool so you keep a little bit more of a low profile. Also the Wrangler pants are cheaper and as durable as most pants like 511. Just saying!

My Belt, which isn't a pocket :D
I have a Thrunite Ti, Victorinox Stayglow SD, and a Nite ize doohickey on my Keychain
My ( just arrived ) SwissChamp Hardwood Handle, stays on my Belt.
As would my Buck Custom Shop 112 would ( The wait is hard )...

Thanks for all your posts fellas. I'm usually a jeans guy, especially on the Harley, but those kitanica pants are something else and well put together too. Crazy price though. In the end I think they're worth it. Just like the first arborwear double thick sweatshirt I got, once you feel n wear them you just want more.

I'm usually wearing blue jeans or cargo shorts, I usually have a folder in my rfp, and one in my lfp. Maybe a third in my jacket pocket if I'm wearing a jacket.
