I have one of those in the basement in pieces, always planned on restoring it for fun. It was my grandfather 's. It's in .32 S&W caliber.View attachment 854019
My great grandfathers Iver Johnson & Cycle Works 38. Is without a doubt my favorite revolver.
I hate wheelguns. If I want random, I can do that. I'd rather it be by choice.
Just a product of having bad revolvers to shoot most likely. I've never gotten good results firing them. I have an old .357 that I would hate to depend on. I literally think I'd have better luck throwing it at someone. Please Explain.
Since things are a bit slow here I figured I would start a new topic. Let's see pictures of your favorites!

I only have these two now, but love them both. 3" bbl Ruger SP-101 .357 mag cut for moon clips w/Hogue grips and lanyard ring; and 5.5" bbl 1937 Brazilian Army contract S&W Model 1917 .45 ACP. I guess revolvers with moon clips and lanyard rings are just my thing.
And an Opinel N°10 for scale and knife relevance.

So my favorite is my Magnum .500 with target barrel and Performance Center work. It is more accurate than most shooters can take advantage.

For pocket carry, I like the Ruger LCR with the newer trigger, it's a pretty good feeling DA trigger, and with a shrouded hammer if can be fired from concealment.
Accurate? I would say good enough for the distance you'll need for SD.
