Favorite scandi knife?

There are so many good Bushcraft knives it is hard to just pick one. My three favorites are the Bernie Garland recurve, the Enzo, and the Spyderco. Two of the three are no longer made but can be found used sometimes. I use one of the three most of the time. They don't meet your handle spec. but I would not ignore the burl or curly maple scales on some of them.

It sounds like an L.T. Wright knife might be to your liking. Just throwing that out there.

This. Probably does some of the best scandi's out there and a plethora of options as most of his knives are avaioable in all 3 flat grinds (scandi, saber, full flat). A month or 2 ago, Lt's were pretty low stock or sold out many places so you may need to wait a bit if you're after one.

I'm kind of partial to my Joker Nordic and Puukko knives (Sandvik 14C28N) for scandi grinds. The scandi grind is a bit of a power assist for a lot of bushcraft activities at camp.

I like the Benchmade Leuko and Puukko, but they're not scandi grinds. They're great steel for the price, but they have more of a sabre grind.
