Favorite sub $100 knife?

I doubt that I could pick a single favorite under $100, but two that stand out are the Manix 2 and the new Recon 1.

GEC Tidioute Scout #73. Cost me less than $65, shipped.

i have been loving this leatherman expanse E55. it is a full size lockback with 154 cm, i got it for less than $50 shipped. one of the best knife deals right now i think. very strong knife.

I would say my favorite sub $100 knife is easily the Kershaw 1050. I bought my first one at a gun show from a friend for $60.00 ( I thought that was a TON for a knife way back then ). My second one I bought for $100.00. Its a very fine lockback for the money.

Like choosing your favorite kid! All 3 of these are sub-$100 and extremely well made and useful.

I like this one. Well built, looks good, great steel and a good company. How is the lockup on this?

the lock up is great. its american made, 154cm like benchmade uses, its hefty and strong, and it has the bottle opener/carabiner that retracts into the handle. the leatherman expanse series was recommended to me by another forum member who got the smaller liner lock version of the expanse series. the bottle opener/carabiner does not budge or rattle when its retracted into the handle.

this thread is in a different language but has lots of good pics. for less than 50 shipped this knife is one of the best deals around right now i think.
