Depends on where I would be and my social/economic class.
I would enjoy being middle class, living in the Alps, from, say, 1700-1900.
My biggest fantasy, though, would be as a trader on the Silk Road who, somehow, had a canteen that never ran out of clean water and an immune system that could handle anything I encountered. ;-)
