Favorite traditional pocket knife pattern and size?

Well, This is the type of post's I'd like to see more of. Get away from all the hype of what's the newest knife/gadget on the market.
For me I started long ago collecting the canoe pattern, all brand's and handle type's just because that was the first pattern that really caught my eye. After awhile I got tired of these and needed a new path/theme to take. I then went with the reproduction Winchester's by BGC, for the price and quality they can't be beat. My favorite pattern's today are the 3-4in Stockman, Sunfish, Sowbelly and Congress knives. And I still like those canoe's!

small trapper and three blade stockman. Still waters run deep. I was raised on a large farm/ranch. This was before farms were specialized or had runnig water in our area.
We raised Hogs, cattle both dairy and beef, cotten, soybeans, corn, peanuts. Chiggers and snakes. O' Allmost forgot sixteen kids. It all seems so long ago now.

Cheers,

Congress, any size or number of blades.I'm also fascinated by Toenail/Sunfish, but their cost usually eliminates them for me.

Tough question, I've been trying to decide between a 3-blade Congress or a trapper for years. Now, with Case's new Hobo in the mix, it's a little tougher. The Hobo isn't as useful, but I sure like the design. Having a knife and fork that comes apart in a quality product is great for camping and canoeing trips.

My favorite would be the case trapper with stag handles.second would be the case moose stockman.both are great carry knives that are very useful to have with you.

I really like stockmen. I have an old Hammer which I carry for dress, it's less noticable then a fixed blade. I have a couple of Hammer's which I've gotten off ebay for under $10. Good knife and a great price!
