I have a few Vic SAK but my favorite remains the Cadet. I just sharpened up an old favorite tonight. Just wondering what your's are.

This pic was taken for a backpacking website thread on small knives. I love the Cadet.

I have many SAKs, I like them all, but the one that always finds its way into my pocket is my modified Tinker.
I cut the keyring off the bottom, and it has bend lines from when I had to use the bottle opener to pry the back window of my truck open after I locked my keys inside, the whole knife has a little more play between tools over other Tinkers now.
As much as I want to feel the Soldier is the only SAK I need, I keep grabbing the Tinker, I guess the history I have with it influences my descision.

For me, it's the Farmer. If my pants are on, the Farmer is in my pocket.

The scale in your pic made me chuckle; there's an identical one sitting right next to me. Same occupation, perhaps?

Tinker has always been my favorite. I've been carrying this same one EVERY day for about 20 years now.

I have a brand new one in the drawer just in case I ever lose this one.

I've since added the ESEE Izula to my every day carry but the Tinker stays no matter what.

SAK Farmer was my first proper knife. Not sure if it's my favourite SAK, but it's definitely up there, along with other Alox models. Alox all the way baby!

Victorinox Alox Soldier. I don't like any of the ones with red plastic handles because they eventually break off after years of hard use.

My favorite is the Farmer, but I carry the Classic much more (always in my watch pocket).

I have lots of SAKs, mainly colored alox. I have a Cadet that is modified with an added saw blade, but I always have my little Companion on my key chain and use it daily.

I have a small collection of Victorinox, but the only one I carry and use is the Stylus since we still use PDAs at work.

The nylon handled Solo would be a great for hiking and backpacking (but I already have a different knife for that task).

Of course I like the Alox handle models too...

So I guess I don't really have a favorite. :o

For me hands down the Alox Farmer:thumbup::thumbup: love that blade carry it every day. wish it had tweezer & tooth-pick

The current favorite that's always with me when my pants are on is the little Midnight Manager. It does more than 90% of my EDC tasks.
