cool thread by the way.:D

datsgor, I've been to Blue Lakes, as well as Red Lakes, Capels Lake and Crator Lake, which are all in that same basic area. Used to bowhunt that area until they made it a draw tag only.

Don't have a lot of pics of my favorite places, but I do have one of this little lake that I like to go to and ice fish that you have to walk to.

Yea, it's kind of the standard fair for camping....blue lakes, markleeville, carson pass. lots of jeep trails the wife and I like to explore.

I don't have pics. but....

Chatham Roads, Massachusetts. when the tide changes and everything stops for a few minutes. This is the way Massachusetts should be known, not the haven for criminals like Kennedy and Franks

Just inside Casey Key or Siesta Key florida, in a small boat. drifting in bay casting for snook....

Just up river from Nelson BC in summer, you feel a million miles away from anyone else

And the last,
sitting on my deer stand on the banks of the Kettle River in Mn north and west of Sturgeon Lake. Again, you can feel completely back in time when you were the first white man to see it sometimes.

Good thread, really nice pics by all. Pit man, what's that knife you have in your hand?
