I believe the store offerings are partly chosen using the top selling combo stats from the shop. Makes sense, Skunk will have to keep the inventory himself, so why gamble on the selling potential of combos, just ask Jerry what the top three or four combos were.
 
No - I'm still waiting on a CGFBM -- urban grey w/black mag micarta... But i was told it was already in transit.
 
My OD/Snakeskin CGFBM arrived on my doorstep Friday. It's my first Busse and it is SICK! That color combo is sweet. I hope my BATAC in the same combo looks as good. I will post pics soon.

This thing is suhhhh-weet! Makes me wish I had ordered another before it was too late. It's lighter than I was expecting, but that's not bad. The finish is amazing, and it's pretty sharp (better than any Wardens I got). I'm gonna give it some love on the strop and then I'll be keeping fingers and toes away.

I got it from knifecenter.com The product name is "Ontario Sheath Fits Randall Knives RTAK Model Knives". It fits great as far as I can tell! I had the sheath about two weeks before I had the blade to go in it...

The snakeskin OD was an excellent combo! :thumbup: I may add a Badger in that combo based off of the pics I've seen.
 
I ordered a BATAC in that combo, but from the SJTACs that I've seen the Snakeskin appears to be much lighter in color. Also, the BATAC on the Busse site seems to be much lighter. I plan to contact Busse about that soon. Any thoughts? Is the light color just an artifact of the photo or the website or are they truly paler? I don't know.
 
The color of snakeskin varies.

I'm still waiting to see an Urban Grey/Snakeskin combination that I ordered.

Ikarus, I tries for a similar look with the JSC/ Blk/Grn G-10... I think that yours is more what I was looking for as the G-10 had more of a bluish tint to it. Very nice combo there!

Here's a Blk with the NEW Blk/Tan G-10 (a TAN tan, can ya believe it??? But bring BACK the OLD style too, PLEASE!!!! B/OW!!!) :D ... with a SMOG escort. :thumbup:

Jaxx, I had some problems getting both a sharp image and getting the colors right. The colors only came out right in the fuzzy pics so in the end I just used some digital sharpening on the least fuzzy, fuzzy pics :p

That black / black/tan G10 looks awesome btw. :thumbup: Those blk/tan handles look sweet in every combo I've seen, I wish I could have afforded at least one fbm with those handles. Oh well, maybe I'll get my chance on the 2nd hand market some day :)
 
Another group shot for the thread. :D 2 logo'd, 2 golo'd heh-heh, sterile.
Note the color variance between the 2 black/snakeskin's... these are accurately reflected, and the black crinkle coat on the STERILE one seems to a newer better (looking anyway) coating. :D :thumbup:
