Basically new, but used to cut a few things around, lightly touched up the factory edge with a ceramic rod to smooth it, but the factory profile is still there. The handle has darkened a little due to handling. NOT batoned, nor used to break bricks, metals or another abusive test/use. The spine is untouched. I settled for the lighter weight bushwhacker, this one is too heavy for my needs.
