I just finished a FBMLE Dangler sheath for one of the members here and thought I would throw a couple pics up.

This is the first dangler I have made, and I now see what the attraction is, this is great for big blades. I will have to make myself one.

I also figured out why other makers charge more for this style, it was a lot more hand work.

Very nice work indeed!

The sheath I'm working on for my FSH is a dangler, so I know what you mean about the work.

Is the knife retaining loop press-studded on both sides?

Looks good bro! I'm working on one this very moment for the old BM-E... It won't be that pretty though

Nice! The 2 FBMLE Sheath that I got from you fits and works great.

damn chuddy, that looks nice. not that it ever sucked to start with, but it's been a pleasure to watch your work progress on here - you've really gotten it nailed.

Winston, Point taken. I think I have come a long way in a short time. When I look back at some of my first sheaths I cringe a little.:o

It has been a crash course over the last three months, I was just going back over what I have made and I am only two sheaths shy of 150, I gotta learn to take a break. It seems kind of funny how I was reading every tutorial I could find in January and now I wrote one. I even make sheaths in my dreams.:D

When I first started I ordered a side of leather and when it came I thought to myself that it would take me the rest of my life to use up that much leather, lol, now I have sides in several different weights and I panic if I get down to ONLY one side of 8-10 ounce. I think my postmaster thinks I am shipping drugs or something he keeps hinting around trying to figure out what I am shipping all over the world and I wont tell him.

Those are AWESOME! That color goes great with the Sage Fatty, very sweet.
BTW, the Game Wardens sheaths rock too! Very pleased with your work, thanks man.

dang, you've come a long way! I'll be PM'ing you also! Need a few of these for my FBM's.
