FBMLE edge grind

Did anyone notice the edge grind on the later FBMLE's (>ca. #175) is much steeper than on the FBMLE's lower numbers???
Is this true Jerry?? or are the pics deceiving??
 
I have #175 and #176 sitting in front of me....

#175 is a little steeper then #176, but only noticable if you have the two of them side by side.

Methinks it would be just two different people did the grinding in the shop... please correct me if I am wrong, but I doubt jerry grinds each and every single blade by himself...
 
Has anyone else noticed this, or seen a higher number LE with the shallow angle grind that some of the early posters commented on favorably?

Just out of curiosity, how many folks work in the sharpening room now? I think I remember the days when you did the final sharpening on every knife. :D

Does the LE FBM have a zero grind, or something similar?
