I don't know what to call it roll or chip but if you look closely at the close-up pic would you call the 2 small dents/chips?

I would rather get attacked by bricks than glass. LOL
ive chopped all kinds of goofy stuff, bricks included. ive only experienced edge roll. i havent chipped one yet.
If you want to see massive edge destruction. . . cut a windshield out of an automobile!!!!The tempered glass is held together with a laminated sheet, which holds it together, and after the edge is all gone, it will literally cut grooves into the bevel of your blade!!!!. . .
Makes sense when you consider that a great makeshift edge sharpener is the rounded top of your side window. . . just roll it down half way and you have a great substitute for a ceramic rod! :thumbup:
