Feathered Fighter

Nice work! Impressive damascus. Beautiful handle!

Kind regards,

Jos

Beautiful work Kyle. Your damascus is great and great flow to the knife. Look forward to seeing it in person. See you all in a few days.

love that plain handle with the single, humble pin. There is a real conversation between the blade and the handle, and the whole thing together really accentuates your skills in forging steel. But it's totally not ostentatious.

It is a very nice package, and is a big relief from some of the overly, (to me) embellished knives we see so much of in here. It's just all that, and a bag of chips:thumbup:

How's the dagger coming?;)

Careful men. We are dangerously close to a stern lecture about what disservice it is to praise such shoddy workmanship.
Lorien, see you on the ignore list. ;)

"How's the dagger coming?"

I am not aware that I am making a dagger. I could put you on my list to make one if you would like. :D

Thanks for the complements everyone!

The handle does have a round Mammoth Ivory inlay in the end of the handle, besides that it is a very simple handle.

Hey Kyle, I thought I had sent you a little note last time you posted a photo of your feather pattern, suggesting that a feather dagger would be cool. That was awhile ago, though. Don't go making one for me:eek: It was just an idea!

Greg, as for ignore lists- I think that I am probably on someone's. Is there like an 'ignore list' club, where we can meet and drown our sorrows with some decent scotch? If so, sign me up!

Lorien.
I was referring to the last knife that kyle posted. There was a pretty heated discussion and someone said you were on his ignore list.

Once again Kyle that is a dandy knife.

Greg

 oh that.
Sorry Kyle, no more derailment!
Keep up the great work.

Beautiful style...executed perfectly with the feather design...man I love that steel:cool:
