didn't get email either on this one. usually I do....I didn't get an email from Buck. That is how I missed the December BOTM. But since I tell everyone that I collect mostly 112s, I have to get one. Thanks to the Forum for letting me know about it.
How are you checking how many are left? If I try to order more than 10, I just get a message saying I can't order more than 10.305 left.
I still have yet to get a text.
I'm thinking that if and when those texts go out, that this will sell out fast.
put a 1000 in your cart. How are you checking how many are left? If I try to order more than 10, I just get a message saying I can't order more than 10.
Also, this is heavier than a regular 112. Someday, I would like some who works with silver to put silver scales on it.
.
I like 119s too. My issue really is I like everything. I would have liked to get that set of 119s they sold a few years ago in a display case. I think there were like 5 in the set.I never got an email either…..
going to pass anyway….no longer interested in 112 models.
Sold off most of my 112 collection, just kept the 5oth anni issued models, just collecting 119, and Marksman folders now.
Thanks. I was putting in 500 and not getting the result. 295 left now.put a 1000 in your cart.
It will tell you then how many are left.
What!!! Blasphemy! Just kidding, the heart wants what it wants. I love 112s.I'm in, not a fan of the 112 but the copper and black is a cool combo. Who knows, perhaps this will warm me up to the 112.
290 left.
The limited number helps drive sales. If this was a normal stock item they might not sell 500 for a month or more (speculation). Sprinkle in a little FOMO and surprise release and tada, they are gone!It must be a good feeling for a manufacturer to make something and then watch it sell out in a day or two. I am surprised the bean counters didn't order that they make more.
Quite true. Even though I have 3 engineering degrees and should know better, I fall for FOMO all the time. The limited number helps drive sales. Sounds like you even thought they were going to quit giving out engineering degrees.Quite true. Even though I have 3 engineering degrees and should know better, I fall for FOMO all the time.
