FedEx Bad, Chefknivestogo Good

My sister is getting more and more into cooking and, since her birthday was coming up, I decided to get her a Richmond Artifex Santoku. I paid for express delivery to make it on her birthday and it was supposed to be carried out by FedEx. FedEx misdelivered the package not once, but twice and the second time had no prrof of delivery, could not name the person that took the package and, despite insisting it had been correctly delivered, couldn't even produce the gate code for my sister's apartment. I was forced to file a claim, and I will say they did resolve that promptly but that's the only good thing I can say about them at this point.

Chefknivestogo, however, demonstrated exemplary customer service from the moment I made them aware if the problem. Their communication was very quick and polite, they notified me of the outcome of the claim the moment it was decided and asked how I wanted to handle it. Once I decided on a course of action they reshipped the package within a few hours of me sending the email. I also recieved a refund for the shipping cost. Top notch service all around.
