I've been waiting three weeks for the parts for my new computer and the finally arrived today. Hard drive, graphics card, Operating system, Memory, Cd Drive, Power supply... the complete sixth season of NCIS . I got everything I ordered plus a DVD set I didn't. The box was opened and resealed, I'm assuming to put all of the parts into the same package, because they were supposed to come separately, they're not supposed to do that. This is after waiting weeks for this thing to ship from Kentucky to NJ. Now I have to waste more time sending back a DVD set because I'm sure someone else got screwed over this. Beware of FedEx their drivers like to take your stuff on vacation with them.

Down here in Kentucky, our FedEx drivers often insert free DVD sets into your orders at their own expense. We tell them not to do it, but they are just too darn friendly to stop.

Perhaps I am missing something here...

Two orders shipped in two packages, two different tracking numbers.
One package arrives almost three weeks later with both orders in it, the original tape was cut and it was barely resealed with scotch tape. DVD set I didn't order in the box as well.
Box looks like someone sat on it, luckily nothing was broken.

This isn't the first issue I've had with FedEx Smartpost, the last thing that got shipped with that service shipped out of Texas and went over 2,000 miles in the wrong direction, ended up in Oregon before bouncing all around the east coast for two weeks and arriving a little under a month after it shipped, My microscope's been to more states than I have.

My Fedex experiences have been terrible. Often they assign individual contractors to move packages and fulfill deliveries. I've had a package delivered at 11:40 PM. Needless to say I was rather irritated and would never to business with them intentionally again.

Ask them to give you a paid label to ship the dvd's back. They will most likely tell you to keep them

Amazon offered me a 10% refund and a return label for the dvd. Good service on the part of Amazon, though I may not take the refund, but their choice of carriers in this case was terrible.
