Feedback for Custom Orders?

I recently finished a custom order, and neither me nor the buyer is able to provide feedback. We get an error saying that a thread in which we communicated has to be selected, which is an issue because all communication was done through PM's...
Any help is appreciated.

Feedback can only be left for a deal (trade or sale) done through the exchange.
If a sale thread exists then both parties need to post in it.

As an alternative, you could start a positive thread about the member in the GBU Forum to give them recognition.
 
Thanks for the clarification and the suggestions, I may end up trying that out. What does GBU stand for by the way?
