you all have some of the tightest rules i ever saw on a board, specifically about your classifieds. i suspect you get more complaints than most boards about those tight rules. I have endured them, thought about them, and observed who broke them and who didn't, for a while..
they work. don't change anything unless you see the need, you are getting it right by the results I see. the screwballs bail out or get banned, the good folks listen up, and hopefully your workload stays minimized.
i don't know diddley about managing a knife forum, but i've maintained chatrooms and forums on other topics.. and i'm SOMEWHAT informed about the crowd you get on thishere intarweb thang.
first chatroom was computer geeks, many teens, some professionals at work, and coordinating that crew was educational at best..
but there wasn't money involved, and that makes it more complex. best of luck to ya. thanks for the good forum. that's all.
