Question Feedback keeps changing

Hi I don't know if anyone else is having this problem my feedback today is 27, other days it's 33 which is what I counted it up as when I go into feedback left for me . It's not a big deal probably just a glitch.

It shows both, depending on what you're looking at. I forget the terms, but 33 is the number of times you've received positive feedback... and 27 is your feedback score (I think that's right), which is the number of people from whom you've received positive feedback. The difference, of course, is that the lower number does not include the additional feedback received from people with whom you've had more than one transaction. 1 per customer, so to speak

Thanks that makes sense. I must look back on my feedback I know I've probably dealt with some guys more than once. Never noticed it before and it's 33 now when I look at it.
