Feedback on the Cuda CQB4

I am a big fan of my Becker CU7, and the sheath is perfect. So I am looking for a "smaller" knife to include in a day pack that I carry everywhere. I recently ran across the Cuda CQB4, and thought "this is the one". Same sheath just scaled down, and same great quality knife. The thing is I haven't seen a whole lot written from those who have had one.

So any feedback pro or con on the CQB4???
