Feedback score

Since it is a very current item that hasn't updated, it's usually a problem of a previously cached reading. See if it refreshes when you reboot next time, or clear your cookies and start over then.

The answer is surprisingly simple, You are rated by unique buyers or sellers, I noticed that you have done a deal with JPF earlier, neither of you will receive points for additional trades. It will add the number to your total feedback, but not to the score. Check out the difference in my numbers, I have 100% and a score of only 61 but a total positive of 73. That is because of multiple sales or trades with same individual.
Hope this helps.

In other words, Jim, the top number is the number of people with whom a person has dealt, and the bottom number is the total number of deals?

As I have observed it in action, it is. When I do a deal with a NEW individual it will add to both numbers, but if with a previous customer, only to the bottom.

Hope this helps

I was thinking they would add up same as eBay does. I've bought a number of knives there, from the same guy and it always adds up. A transaction is a transaction, if it's a seperate deal I never would have thought dealing with the same person wouldn't up the total.
OK,now I see how it's done here. Thanks!

You are welcome. One other thing, the other persons comments do show and so does yours in his or your feedback, the only thing that does not change is the top number.

Still far better than having to search through GB&U for feedback. One click and you have their information. When I am reviewing someone's feedback, I read all the comments, seldom do I notice who is leaving it. So the comments do count up and add to your reputation.
