Feel like I'm moving backwards...

Great line, words that more people should take a lesson from.

I think the lesson here is, Codependence is the mind killer. And it can strike at any age.

Carry what you like because others don't have the Power over what you like to carry unless YOU Give them that Power.

What a great thread. Its nice to hear theses comments. My most expensive knife is around $98.00. They are not customs, spyderco, benchmade or busse knives. They are knives I can afford, like, and will use. Don't get me wrong since I have been on this forum my eyes have been opened to wonderful, beautiful pieces of pure art and perfection. My wish list seems to double weekly, unfortunately the money coming in does not. So while one day, I might filially get one of the seemingly unattainable knives that I see around here from time to time. In the mean time the knives that I do have, that seem to get put down from time to time because they're manufactured or not the latest and greatest, suite me just fine.
One more note. I have never lost a knife permanently, misplaced, dropped but found soon after. I have things from 20 years ago That I don't lose. As much as I love knives I cant see spending $400.00 on a folder. I wouldn't be scared of losing it but 400 on a folder ? I guess if I had lots of money than yea, maybe. I guess I'm an average knife nut with average knives. Just my thoughts. :)
