The addiction has finally kicked in . . . . haha.
So after only a day with my Ka-Bar TDI I'm already looking up what my next purchase will be, although I'm perfectly fine with waiting some time to get it.
My friend and I are going up to Orlando from Tampa next month, and theres a certified dealer of Kershaws there, and we're both interested in maybe buying some stuff while were there. It's some sort of army navy store I believe. Not that we couldn't find anywhere else to buy knives around here, but we're into knives, and we're going on a trip, so the knife would be both useful and something to remind us of the trip.
Any ways. . .
My TDI is all black, obviously, and I'm really digging the all black look. I was looking through some kershaws and I came across the Black Vapor series. Looks pretty nice to me. Anyone have one or heard anything about it?
The Tanto Cyclone had my eye even before I got on the all black kick, but I'm not sure I'm ready to drop a hundred for one knife, although I'm sure that day will come.
The Orange County Choppers Leek looks alright in my opinion, but idk, it might be to flashy and showy for my tastes. Just something I was looking at.
The Storm by Kershaw, despite not being entirely black, is probably waht I'm leaning towards the most. Any one have one? Thoughts?
Maybe I'm sounding like a child by saying a want to buy a knife just because its black, haha. But I'll eventually need to replace this 13 dollar EDC folder that I have, and shouldn't I like the way my knife looks? lol.
Anways, thoughts on any of those would be appreciated. I know there are a ton of brands out there, but Kershaw in my opinion just seems to have the best mix of quality, looks, and reputation in my price range. Price range is defanitley important to me, and Kershaw really fits inside of it.
