As was pointed out, the gold allows you to sell as well as making it able for you to access some parts of BF that you can't get to without a membership. Not only that, but you can send private messages to other members when buying or selling which will ensure that you don't get cornholed by some the of the scams that use email addresses to prey on members. If you spend much time here, then one of the best reasons to buy it - even if you don't do any selling - is that this forum is an amazing source of information as well as a great community, and paid memberships help support that. The owner doesn't run the forum to make money off of it, and it's a great way to both show your show your appreciation and also keep it going.

Do you happen to do anything full flat ground (or at least close to it) in the EDC3 or DEK3 size range?
