These people will make anything you want, any size. They also each make, and sell etching machines as well. If you get one, make sure to get the eloctrolyte for your blade steel, as Ferric Chloride should not be used at all with these. Keep that for etching your blades for satin finish etc.

I never had good luck with a stamp, and can get more info in an etch, and IMO, cleaner looking, with less stress to the blade.
