So as many of you know that have seen Chris and Elliott's work, the Archbishops have been released.

Well I was extremely fortunate to end up with what is basically an extra archbishop from the recent makers choice run.

Here's a few basic pics for starters.

Stay tuned as I'll be updating this later today to show more cool pics and to tell the story of what I consider phenomenal customer service and one of the best experiences I've had so far with a maker.

So quick update. Pulled the knife out of my pocket and I wasn't paying attention, the way I pulled the knife my hand slipped and so when it slipped I tried to grab the knife and I yanked it out of my pocket. The way I did this ended up pulling on the clip extremely hard. It appears as though I may have bent the screws holding the clip. The clip has a little play in it now so I've sent it to Chris at ferrum forge to be fixed. Their service has been phenomenal.

Chris and Elliot are awesome guys that provide some of the best service in the industry (and they're located next to a really nice brewery as a bonus!!).
 
Bad experience with Ferrum Forge,i ordered a Stinger XL and it got delayed,and delayed,and delayed,and.......you guessed delayed.but if that was/is irritating,the lies about the delay's,Joe says one thing,Chris says another thing,glad i got my downpayment back,no more FF knife for me!and i had 7 off 'm,Mordax,Ferox,Archbishops,Masterblasters,Spinners,by the way,there are a lot of problems with Spinners and Masterblasters,with the D2 lockstop/HRD.plenty of other good knives for that kind of money!
 
What kind of problems never Heard of anything like that. I got my singer xl about a mouth ago. Can u please elaborate ?

I'll bet $20 that there is not one more single negative post about their Customer Service.
Do a search in the GB&U sub with that user name for a good laugh.

lol I did. He was giving them shit I don't think he understands that the left handed models come out at the end of the run. This is the one and only time Ive herd something bad about ffk qc/ workmanship. The stinger xl is the new shirogorov 95 imo they're so similar it's unbelievable.
 
He flies off the handle in the blink of an eye......most times over nothing.
FF should count their blessings he's not getting a knife from them! They probably refunded him a few extra bucks, they were so happy to give him his money back!

For what is worth I have 20+ FFKW blades, they are all great and the customer service that Chris and Elliot give is second to none.

I've still never had to use there warranty as of yet. I really want to see how it is before I keep buying there knives. I just bought an archbishop it'll be here today
 
I have only had to use it twice, once it took about a week, the other time almost two and 1/2 weeks (kinda depends on where they are at in their production schedule, which I think is completely understandable). The Archbishops are great knives ( I have two!).
