To the best of my knowledge, they are the same knife. The FFFBM was not released through Busse Combat -- it was only sold at the company store. The release wasn't given an "Official" designation; instead Skunk's thread was titled: Fat Flat Mistress's
As you can see in the thread, they were sold as Fusion Battle Mistresses, so some people called them FFBMs (for Fat Flat Battle Mistresses) while others called them FFFBMs (Fat Flat Fusion Battle Mistresses). I am one of the FFFBM crowd, because they were thicker than the prior CG Battle Mistress (Fat), did not incorporate CBT (Corrugated Bevel Technology, making them Flat), and had Fusion handles.
