After having modded my FFBM and put the Edge Pro to work on it I wanted to see how it chops now. So here you go.

CLICK ME

2x4s just are not a challenge for this beast anymore. Now it cuts better and, with its girth, still busts the wood in half.

Huh...so what do you do with all those chopped up pieces of wood? Gigantor bonfires? :D

Nice. If that edge was anything like the edge on the BATAC, I am not surprised at all

very impressive!!

did I see someone use an edgepro to do a convex?

How adjustable are the angles?

I've been thinking of getting one for a while now.....

The Edge Pro makes "V" edges. I wish it did convexed edges. But I have yet to damage a "v" edge on my INFI. So I am fine with that. I always use the 2x4s for my nightly camp fires. I may live in the hood but I can "pretend". ;)

The angles on the Edge Pro are adjustable. I am not sure what the max and min angles are though. I suppose in theory, the stones could be replaced with a similarly sized rectangle w/ mousepad and sandpaper glued to it. Anyone know?

Nice video! I used my FFFBM last night to make kindling out of a 2x4 and came in the house with an arm full to show the wife. She was not impressed...

Thanks guys.

BTW: As you guys know I reattached my handles on this bad boy using the threaded spacers and 1/4" screws. I have done a good amount of chopping and so far everything is holding perfectly. No play at all. And I haven't even added the Blue lok-tite many of you suggested. ;) Just fyi for those of you sonsidering using screws and threaded liners for the handles.

I cut 4X8's because they are much more work and tend not to break.

Ive never seen a 4 x 8

Ive seen 2 x 8's and 4 x 4 and 6x6 but a 4 x 8.

what's it used for?

I beams..LOL

And yeah i am sure that would give the Mistress and its user a challenge.:D

Oh yeah video is killer.

find a 4 x 8 and whack it to hell:eek::D:thumbup:
