Nice batch Andy, you continue to awe & amaze me every Friday.

Your knives are top notch all around & the people on this sub-forum are the best. It's has been a pleasure to own/use your blades & be a part of the Fiddleback family...

It's a great thing to introduce youngsters or anyone for that matter to the sport of hunting. I can't thank my father enough for taking the time to take me out in the woods & teach me. Some of my greatest memories have been made in the outdoors & it has kept me close with my father. Laying in the field & watching deer play is one of my favorite pastimes. (Getting to use your blades on game afield is a close second)

It's fantastic to see some maroon linen this week. However, I do prefer your smaller blades for hunting here in PA. I would absolutely love to see a F2, Bushcraft Karda or Karda in maroon eventually! ;)
 
Gah that dyed Buckeye is crazy nice. Love all dyed burl, but wow.

Andy, congrats on the family bonding. They're only young once unfortunately. What we do with that time is so very important.
 
Very nice selection, if I didn't already have one in the mail I would grab one... Still plotting for my next fiddleback though!
 
If I had some extra money I would've grabbed the Recluse too. I want something thin and slicey.
 
Nice batch of knives as always Andy! That green and copper Sneaky Pete looks awesome, and I love the idea of a tapered 3/16 like the Wenge one! Thank you for the side by side with the Recluse and the Terrasaur. That Terrasaur is very nice and all...but mainly it makes me want a Recluse with a longer blade :)

ive got my ar at custom digital designs for a full camo job in dura coat
 
Beautiful story Andy. I cleaned a squirrel with my hiking buddy last week! Was out deer hunting and it gave me a dirty look. That burlap sneaky pete is nice. Hard to resist. It is my favorite handle shape of yours, just seems to fit!

Just to clarify one more time, I liked both models and I was interested to confirm that they are not CPM154 (it is stated O1, maybe a typo). I am far from being an expert so my eyes can deceive me and I so much wanted a SS model :)

M4Super90 claimed 2013 1129 011 Nessmuk (gorgeous model, congrats to M4Super90) before my question. So, bottom line, 2013 1129 004 – Hiking Buddy, Stabilized Maple is still a puzzle for me but I tend to think that it is definitely O1. If that is ok, I will give my decision when we confirm that this phenomenal blade is O1.

I really like that Maple, how much difference is there when using HB with 1/8” instead of 5/32"?
