Thanks,

Hey Vance you missed the coins in my first post. They're sweet I wouldn't want to miss out on them
Vance I'll share the coins with Heespharm....we all should come away with something![]()

Here is what is available..
I have meant to ask this question before, but keep forgetting and just read through the text at the first of the thread again today.
Is the Gaucho at this point considered a kitchen knife of no? I'm gonna need another one or two later...I finally have the 5/32 one I wanted for woods wandering, for all I care you can make them all 3/32 now![]()
I've never thought about it. I think that any of our knives can have multiple uses, which can be seen in the "Fiddlebacks & food" thread or the Fiddleback "Users" thread. I believe many of the same models will be posted in each section.
Each week when I make up the "Scribe" list, I think about the models that are trending or that are having the most "action"/ "interest" here on the forum. I also took note of the interest in the desire for thin stock. As someone noted earlier there was only one knife in a thickness over 1/8" this week.
This same config topic came up about 4 or so months ago and there would have been 5-6 takers on a black commando 3/32 SFT HB. But I agree that a model-variety of 3/32 black commando SFT would fly, even with 2 (maybe 3) per model.I've got a scribe item for you Phillip! Commando knives in just the straight natural or black canvas. I feel like that slightly lower price point would push some of us (that have been spending too much money on other gear) over the edge.
Plus I've got a few models that I'd love to own in a commando confiuration. A black 3/32 Patch, black 3/32 esquire (I bet you could sell about a dozen of these), to name a couple of them. Plus they would make great Christmas gifts.![]()
Phillip,
Can you tell me how long the blade is on the KE Bushie, thanks.

Super pleased I managed to get the Leuku (albeit with a little help). The Camelthorn sounds really tough and I'm intrigued to try 3/32 stock on this blade length.
Still some beauties left also....
