Since you had the pleasure of previewing this knife Brian I'll take your word to the bank.......I'm excited to see it first hand......Thanks !

Glad things came full circle for you on your wife's Bushboot

Peter

Yeah, no offense to the crew, they make gorgeous knives but their photos do not do them justice. The box elder burl is a perfect compliment to the spalting on that one in my opinion, it is a gorgeous knife :)

Andy, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, because I support innovation in design, and because of your respect for history in the naming of the pattern, I will take the oakmuk!

Great post and that knife is a stunner. Oak is one of those 'perfect' wood choices for the Nessmuk. Nice score and thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

My first time getting anything in the tank and I scored 2 beauties! Most of the sharks must be out shopping for Black Friday!

Taja you must be at least a "Basic Member" to PM, maybe Allen never received your PM. I've exchanged a few emails with him over the past 2 days and he was very prompt to reply on an off-topic subject.

I am something member I think gold - since you cab see avatar and my pm is working I do not know why the profile change to basic, I did not pay attention it did, may when server was crushing not long time ago but I will correct it.

Andy, I'm considering the Fubar Bushfinger. Can you tell me a little about the characteristics of the material? Does it have any voids like the old burlap handles? I always like those....
