I'm liquidating my knives that I bought in order to be users but have since kept under glass. Too many knives, not enough lifetime.
That brings us to this amazing show-off pair:
A first-run Fiddleback Bow-Legged Chopper from 2009/2010 and a matching 3-finger joe made in 2011.
I believe both knives are 1095.
The Bow-Legged chopper was test-used by the previous owner and edge touched up on one side. 3-finger joe is unused.
I'm sure this is one of those holy-grail combos to someone, and I hope the set finds a good home.
