Hey Bear, I see you're getting some use out of the Nessmuk. How's it working for you?

Andy it is giving the JK Nessmuk a break but fighting with the new Breeden BOS (1/16"-thin) for kitchen territory. It is a funny thing how some people around here (my house) don't know that you can't just leave 01 steel soaking in the sink. Non knife lovers also don't have any respect for the cutting edge banging against plates and the hard sink. The kitchen is a tough place for a knife. As you can see it is getting lots of character spots. I think Nessmuks should be standard pizza knives because they can cut bad slices and serve like a spatula.

Jeff, that is a one of the best reviews that I have seen. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I hope to get hold of one of these great knives in the near future.

Wheres the BOS review bro???:D;)

Man FB's blades just keep getting better and better. That looks like the perfect all around blade, and the two tone handle really sets it apart.

wow I didn't know it was that much smaller! That is dead sexy!!!!!!!

Great review Jeff. I like the two toned handle a lot. I want one! Someday...

I use my bushcraft knives in the kitchen too. I don't have a one knife philosophy completely formed yet, so I do the trio when I camp. I am thinking that with a bit more thought I could probably get away with 2, depending on where and what. (I wouldn't want to though-too much fun to play with many knives). This knife looks like it can do a lot with the thickness and size...
