Christmas in September from the guys in Georgia. For now I am only showing a couple of new models from Allen. Will follow up with an updated Fiddleback collection photo soon as well. I hope Andy does not mind this, if it needs to move I understand.

After I tore everything open and took in all in.

A slightly closer shot of the haul.

And now to some of the knives. First up, the first Revere. The last time I "saw" this knife was before shaping and didn't look like much. But now, wow! What a beauty. The green on this baby just pops. The combinations of the synthetic bolsters with wood scales continues to blow me away. Sweet little knife. Allen, well done my friend.

And now the premier of the first edition Bison. Some of you may have seen a preview but here it is. And I must say it is amazing! This baby is big and beautiful. Handle ergonomics are dead on, almost disappears in my hand. For a big knife she is remarkably agile and light in the hand (tapered does help!)

Spine shot. Her scales, liners, pins and spine work match a few others I have currently visiting Rick Lowe.

I now have about a dozen of Allen's knives and could not be happier. With each one I get I am more and more impressed. He continues to outdo himself and has a fan, proud supporter and friend ready to rave about his work. If you haven't gotten your hands on one of his knives yet get one now before the feeding frenzy begins! And of course guys, if you have any questions or want some comparison shots with a Fiddleback let me know.
Be well....

Wow bro what an awesome haul! I really love the looks of that Bison, outstanding.
I'd love to see a pic of a Badger next to a Bushfinger and a Kephart if you have 'em.

Partial comparison shot. Just realized I don't have Fiddleback Kephart, how did I manager that one?
Anyway here is a shot of a WAS Bison, WAS Badger and a FB Bushfinger. Hope it helps

Thanks man, I got one on the way. You got the stabilized bacon model, love that one.

Bill,
Insane haul my friend!!!! Is that a koa Nessmuk I spy?!

Thank you. Honestly it is a "Nessmuk with perfect curly some kind of wood over natural with white pinstripes" Description direct from the forge.

No problem man, happy to help. I actually have two Badgers, this one happened to be closer. Yea, I couldn't pass up the bacon...

Sorry Bud, here she be and here she shall stay. I'll keep you in mind if I ever lose my marbles and decide to let her go...

I totally understand, that Bison is extremely nice .... so just send me that Runt. ;)

Whoa do all the WAS knives have that great file work? They never show the spines on Fridays so I had no idea.

Allen is a beast with the detailed filework; I'd say that some of his knives have it -- usually his more "exotic" pieces tend to get it based on what I've observed.

Either way, it looks downright awesome!

That is quite the hall Bill! I just love that first pic with all of them still wrapped up. I might have a heart attack if I opened a box and saw that. So much goodness in one place.

I just received my first knife from Allen, a very nice bush adder. I posted a short review on the WAS knives section.

That is a really nice haul man, I'm turning a bit green here, still waiting on my first Fiddleback to arrive, lol

What's the blade length on that Bison, and do you have a better pic and some info on the sheath on the right (with what looks like a basket weave pattern on it) in pic nr. 2 and 3 perhaps?

You've brought a tear to my eye Bill. Thank you! You may have just elected yourself to be the head of the 12 step program.

I have to ask, how do you guys get the g10 liners to meet flush with the file work? *scratches head*

Oh that first pic...

Really liking what I have been seeing with the new WAS knives

You would like them even more with one in your hand..

Dang man nice haul. Got several on order with Allen, really looking forward to them.
Thanks Sky. You won't be disappointed.

Allen doesn't use it on all of his knives but he does do it often. I have several with it.

I agree!

Honestly, I was on the fence about posting it. I didn't want it to be taken the wrong way. I really did feel like a kid on Christmas morning.

They are worth the wait.
I don't know the specs off hand and am at work at the moment. Perhaps if Allen jumps on he can provide the info. Can also check if he has posted the specs on his forum. I'll get you a shot on that sheath (& knife with it in a bit)

This one? :D

I'd be more than happy to do it again Andy! I'll gladly accept the nomination but I'm not sure I would help anyone curtailing their hunger. I would probably make it worse!
