I believe a small flat rate box should work and it looks like the shipping would be in the low $30's. Let's go with $25 USD since the ad assumes US shipping cost is included. There's no sheath included and Fiddlebacks generally don't include a sheath unless you buy them from some dealers and then they add $$ for the sheath.
