I just discovered Fiddleback Forge and W. A. Surls this year, am addicted and have done a fair share of buy to try / check out. Wish I could keep them all but just can't. Feel free to PM with any questions about specs, background, additional photos, etc.

Original Sale: 2015 0522 11 Hiking Buddy w/ African Blackwood over black w/ white pinstripes, Tapered Tang, convex on 5/32 spalted 01 steel - $315
Notes and $$$: Bought from BF forum member outside of FF Flea Market. Used and carried but in good condition. Edge sharpened nicely on Edge Pro and then stropped to bring back convex edge. Overall length 7 1/4" Blade length (handle to tip) 3 1/8"

Original Sale: Could not find original sale thread on BF Fiddleback Fridays but it was from Summer or Fall '15 time frame.
Notes and $$$: Green lacewood over natural liners with white pinstripe, Scandi grind with (unsharpened) Penetrator Tip on 3/32" A2. Like new, light use to check out knife feel. Some slight patina on left side spalted area that I didn't want to mess with. This is a cool and unique knife with the tip and scandi grind combo. Overall length 8 3/8" Blade Length (handle to tip) 2 3/4"

Notes and $$$: Like new, light use to check out knife feel. Better/sharper than new after a few passes over a green compound strop. This is a great knife but I landed one in bog oak and am letting this one go. Overall length 8 1/2" Blade Length (handle to tip) 2 3/4"
