New or like new. At most, it might have been used to do a test cut of an apple.

I'm not at home to do exact measurements but the OAL is consistent on their models and the handle can vary a bit. According to the Fiddleback model spec list the blade is 3.125" and the handle is 4.375". OAL would be 7.5"
