Thanks. I do have a US address, but looking for stainless at the moment.

Great knife and still available in case anyone is in doubt:thumbup:

Ahh, I got ya.

You have to figure Andy's stainless is awesome.

Andy has made a few knives in S35VN, but not many. Most of his blades are O1 -- it's a very good steel that is relatively easy to heat treat. His knives hold an edge well and I can't recall reading any complaints about them; in addition to from looking good, his handles are among the most comfortable I own.

hey rpn. not sure i am in the market right now, but curiosity question....what is that handle material? this is the prettiest Ladyfinger i think i've seen (and they are all sweet). Thanks.

I want to say iron wood and I also want to say I'm wrong when I say it! lol!
She is a looker, no? I'm a victim of Andy's white linen right now! :)

"Beauty Clark." if this is still here Friday (doubtful), i might be your huckleberry. thanks bud.

How about Cocobolo for the handle material, does it have something else under the wood, black linen as a liner? How about a spine shot to show the liner and contour?
Randy

Thin black liners..we'll see if they are visible here...some very different handle designs...

Didn't he make this in a couple different thicknesses (thicknesses? Is that a word?). Anyway, how thick is this one?

I'm going with 5/32, but can't measure it...I'm going by other lady fingers being 1/8, which this is not. You can see it related to the others in post. The Koyote's are 1/8", the War Dog (res-c handle) is 1/4" and the Swamp Rat next to it is 3/16. Hope that helps...

Neato Lady. This knife are an be sent in for a cleanup and re grind . Only costs shipping home. The wood is cocobolo.
