Originally came with a Pocono pocket sheath, but was sold with another small fixed blade a couple of weeks ago. It will include the pictured sheath, which is a BRK Bushcraft "D" model modified for pocket carry.
It has been carried, lightly used, and touched up on a Sharpmaker, but is still in excellent condition with no marks on the blade or handle.
