This one started life as a hemp-wrap over leather FF Nessmuk. Nice symetrical grind and fantastic spalting! I wanted a smoother profile on the spine so I removed the handle materials and reprofiled the spine by removing the thumb ramp (this also removed the maker's mark, btw). The profile transition is nice and clean... looks great. My intent was to rehandle this in Osage but I never got around to it. I really like the profile without the thumb ramp and it actually feels pretty nice in hand with the thin leather scales. Leave it as-is as a super light weight skinner, rewrap in hemp or remove the leather and install custom scales of your own choice.
