Anyone have a side by side photo of the Bushcrafter Cubs (mini Bear Paws) next to a hiking buddy they can post or send me please.
Got smoked by a2vg1095 for this one: (2015 0306 11 Hiking Buddy w/ Afzelia burl over natural w/ white pinstripes, SFT Tang, convex on 1/8 spalted A2 steel - $275) but didn't see conformation (all I got is my phone!) If something falls through put me down for seconds!
I'll take the terrasaur. Guys expect goodies to be posted later!
Allen's (WAS) dropped point Hunter is something else. The photo does it little justice. We'll see if we can get some more pics up for you guys.
It takes him 2-3x as long to make each one and this particular one was made with the loveless pattern from his trip out to CaliforniaI agree that she's awesome, but the price is unbelievable
it sounds like it made from solid peace of gold
I just can not push myself to pay such a money
if the price would be reasonable I would love to have it

I know it's a bunch of money, but the soldered bolsters require a bunch more time and effort and... this knife is made from the REAL and ORIGINAL Loveless pattern. Loveless only made a couple of these, I do believe. Allen learned lots of REAL LOVELESS technique while working in the Riverside shop with Mr. Merritt, this is not a knife just anyone could pull off!
What I'm waiting for is to see what kind of leather the new owner gets for her! Rick Lowe made a complete bad ass sheath for my Allen Surls Drop Point Hunter, it was very traditional, yet contemporary. I'll have to post some pics! I loved it so much, I'm going to get him to make a similar one for my rag micarta Loveless/Merritt Dropped Hunter!
