I still haven't received the kph in the mail.. should I be worried?
I got the confirmation form USPS on Mon but the info has never been updated. It still says pre shipment

As a point of reference I received the initial confirmation on Monday as well, my knife arrived here in SW Florida on Thursday. Sounds like something may have fallen through the cracks with yours. Have you spoken to your local post office to do a trace ?
 
I'm in the same boat with the Arete.

I recently shipped some packages and they didn't update until they were delivered so I wouldn't worry about it. USPS logs how many times you check the tracking number so if you check it too many times, they put it with the stuff they will deliver in a day or two or three. :D

Ship notice goes out on Monday. Packages are mailed "2nd day" on Tuesday. I've always had the box in hand on Thursday.

About two months ago FF started shipping "signature required". This last Thursday I couldn't be home for delivery and found the orange USPS sorry-we-missed-you slip. Off to the post office for me too.... hopefully soon.

A pain? Kind of. But I also like the fact that I don't have a box just hanging out on the front step for a few hours. Some things are okay for that. Not a FF knife.
 
I'll look into these in the morning. Please let me know if there's anybody else out there that hasn't received their knife.

The notification emails get sent out automatically when I print the shipping labels, which is often on Mondays.

I'm in the same boat as Jakehammer; received the notice on Monday but nothing has been updated in the USPS system since and, though I typically receive my Friday purchases on Friday or Saturday, nothing came.

Thought today would be the day, but the postman just stopped by and no luck.
 
Figured it out! We found some faint scratches on the blades during final QC. Andy re-ground the blades on Sunday, and they'll go out with this weeks batch. Sorry for the delay and the confusion. The scratches were very faint and likely happened during sharpening on just 4 or 5 knives. We apologize for not messaging you guys about it, there was the hope/assumption we'd get them done sooner than we did.
