I'm a fan of all the scandi 3/32 this week! I've been thinking real hard about that Patch.

Edit: I did just get this in the mail! You were right, the white stripes look pretty good under the Osage.

Im glad you took the chance and like it.

I would have felt terrible if it went the other way. But we do have a Satisfaction guarantee and you could have sent it back no problem.


The Patch is a nice example.

Oh I wouldn't have needed to do that! Someone already said they would take it off my hands if I decided I didn't like it. ;)

I think the problem was they looked yellow in the FF picture and yellow is my least favorite stripe. They are definitely stark white in person. I think my perfect Lady would be an Old School 3/32 CPM with a nice bolstered burlap scale. The 3/32 A2 is laser thin. Can't wait to put it to use!

The Patch will continue to be considered. It would be a gift so we'll see. Luckily my "gift budget" has some funds in it. :D

it's something in the coffee bag from the manufacturing process. in person you can see the coffee bag fibers conform around it.

Oh how I wish I could solve your problem. I have a thing for that model, that one is gorgeous, and when I gifted the first scandi one I had, in 1/8, I started looking forward to one in 3/32, and would be happy with that config even in 1/8... But there is just nothing I can do about it right now...

I noticed that. First scandi Raptors I have seen I think. The Recluse also matched the Hiking Buddy, would have made a sweet set also
