Just got my fishing license, so the tuxedo F2s are killing me! Would be a great match for the Recluse too. That natural Woodchuck looks awesome, and damn that box elder Hiking Buddy is beautiful!

Sorry about the delay in posting folks. I got all tied up at the fair with the kids. Lily is a lot of fun on rides. Hannah is old enough that she isn't chicken anymore, so she's fun now too. We rode the rides till almost midnight.

Hey, that's great news. I do a lot of hiking, so rest assured that your knife will be carried all over Vermont's Green Mountains and the Adirondacks. Hiking Buddy indeed, eh?

So, being new here, I have a few questions.

I'm a little old school, I'd prefer to send a paper check. Should I send it to:

Fiddleback Forge
Andy Roy
249 Brookcliff Drive
Sugar Hill, GA 30518

Also, how do I go about getting a sheath from one of the guys that makes them for your knives?

Sorry to pester you with such newbie questions, but the help is appreciated and I can't wait to get the knife.

Andy,

Of the Woodchucks, do any of them have a thinner handle? I have noticed your osage scales often are on the thinner side.... If this Woodchuck is on the thin side, I would love it!

The Bocote and nat can are thinner than the Osage one this time. The Osage isn't always the thinnr stuff. I cut the woods myself off of a plank in most cases. Burls are different.

Whoops. As to the sheaths, you can contact Rick Lowe ( ruger315 at charter dot net ) or Heber Ellsworth ( wildmanh at yahoo dot com ). They both make excellent sheaths for my work.

Thanks Andy. Check is in the mail. And I'll contact the sheath makers.

Three Excellent Woodchucks I'm very partial to this design now. I'm hoping some bushcrafter does a review and gets it some exposure. It has a work-me-hard feeling when you pick it up.

Are you trying to make me want one? It's working.

Andy, can you ship my F2 after this week because I would like to take a look at the new knives in the coming Fiddleback Friday on 11-10-2013. If not, it's still OK with me.

Thanks!

What I fear is that this would turn into a trend, and then I'm holding knives so guys can switch them out next week. That would never work. I can cancel the F2 if you want though. There is no obligation on your part to take it.

Oh, sorry for not making it clear.... I do not want to & will not cancel the F2. I like it. I think a stainless F2 is best for fishing.....

As you said, more Nessmuks are coming out this week. I just want to take a look at the new nessmuks & see whether I can get one (if I am fast enough). I just want to combine it & F2 for shipping such that I can save some money for international shipment. ;)

If my request cause you any inconvenience or lead to other's misunderstanding, I apologize for it. Please just ignore my request & send the F2 to me as usual. Thank you. :)

Oh. Duh. You're just talking about holding it and shipping it together. No problem. Sorry I misunderstood.
