Both those BCs have been tempting me, they look to be perfect examples.

There are some really amazing knives still available and this has to be one of my favorite Fridays in quite awhile. I love seeing all the canvas and burlap micarta and the navy burlap is stunning. :thumbup:

I prefer narrower/thinner handles also, saw the Huntsman review on the WAS section and am not sure if we'll be a match Hard to tell from just pictures.

I agree. Really magnificent! I've already got two bushcrafters, and picked up the Karda on Friday, so no more blade $$$ for me this week. But really...these two are as fine as I've seen on here.

:thumbup: Nice snag Warrior108! I think your gonna dig the Huntsman, it's a great little blade. I find the handle very comfortable. Allen has several models based on the Big Palmer handle.

I agree they are stellar. But man that tapered 5/32 Hiking Buddy is the one I wish I could afford. Those don't seem to come along very often

Nice score. To me personally tapered 5/32 with the high grind is the best configuration for feel and balance characteristics in use and cutting ability with the Hiking Buddy model.
